Problem with Seagull Driver Version 2023.1

Hi,

we do have a strange problem in our company. We needed to install another OPAL Printer on our printservers. Everything seems to be normal and if we make a connection from the clients to this new printer, the printer is added to the client, but we cannot print anything to this new printers.

First we installed this new version 2023.1 directly to our windows 10 devices, but did not get a connection to this printer via network port (ip).

We made several tests and after that we installed an older driver version. (7.4.1) locally on these clients and created again a network port directly to this printer. This seems to work, but i do not know, why the client connection to the printer over the printserver fails

How can we analyse this problem further? Can you help us? Is there a tool available to help us?
