Zebra zt411 not printing correctly with 411 driver
I have two zebra 411 printers and have tested the printers. One of the printers will print the label correctly and one does not. I have compared the drivers settings to verify they match. The one that does not print it correctly if I switch it to a 230 driver it will print correctly. I have checked all the settings I know but unsure what else to check.
Below is a photo and the labels on the left are with the correct driver for the zt411 and not what is desired. The ones to the right are using the a zt230 printer driver with a zebra zt411 printer.
The drivers are from Seagull

I came across something that could be similar on a customer's site a while ago and it turned out to be a font issue in the printer itself. I cant remember if we tried reflashing the firmware to it or not.
Certain text fields on one printer would not print correctly even when sent the same command file to a working unit (ie print job set to Print to File using working driver, and then the driver Send File to Printer used to submit the ZPL) and both devices were supposedly identical. In the end we just used a different font for those fields and all was okay again.
