Printing special template - can't detect
Hi,
i did try to print the sticker with below design, but seem like printer can't detect anything.
is it because of the orientation sticker is wrong? or maybe printer can't detect the hole/empty area as per arrow shown below?

Are you using our Drivers by Seagull™ for your printer? If not, we would recommend installing these and testing their behavior.
Also, in order to properly troubleshoot this issue, could you tell us a little bit more about your environment? What BarTender version, edition, and service release are you currently using? What Windows version is your machine currently running? And are you printing directly through BarTender Designer, or using one of our Companion Apps or Integrations?

Just thought I would add that is you are trying to sense on the gap indicated then you will have a lot off issues and probably is not possible.
The sensor will also pick up on the inter-label gap also and that is where you should be looking to sense from. You will also need to make sure that the label sensor is positioned close to the middle of the label so that it only triggers off one "void", ie the gap between the labels only and not the cut outs in the physical layouts
