    Thank you for reaching us via our Community Forums.

    In order to properly troubleshoot this issue, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with the following information:

    • Did you or your organization recently change anything to the environment?
    • Is the print job sent to the print queue at all? Can you see it in a failed or waiting state?
    • Do you get any error messages when trying to print?
    • What is your BarTender version, edition, and service release?
    • What is your Windows version?
    • How do you print your BarTender labels? Directly through BarTender Designer or do you use an integration?
