    Could you tell us what BarTender version are you using? Being R1, we would advise downloading and installing our latest service releases for BarTender, as they patch up the software, fixing known issues and providing a better user experience, generally with better performance in some instances.

    We would also recommend reviewing our article on How to Update BarTender's Service Release before updating your software.
