We currently have an active Maintenance and Support agreement that expires in two months.
We wanted to extend our license with more printers, but in the process to do so it seems very unclear which Maintenance and Support agreement we need to buy (or extend).
There is an MSA for the application (BTA-APP-MNT) required to add more printers, upgrades etc., but there is also an MSA for each printer (BTA-PRT-MNT)?
How are these two related?
Do we need to buy BTA-PRT-MNT for each printer, as long as our existing MSA is active?
Can we extend our MSA wihtout extending/buying new BTA-PRT-MNT for each printer?
