Database Connection File Incorrect

Hi,

 

We have gone to add additional data to our excel file, but the new data does not appear in the template. We also noticed that the last two files (when scrolling) are no longer in the spreadsheet but do show up in BarTender still. 

 

We are at a loss as to how to get this new data to appear, when it is the file that is connected, and are also confused as to how two rows show up when they are no longer on the spreadsheet.

  Not seen that before for a database connection (I did come across this with a dropdown list linked to an external file in Print Station but a refresh sorted that).

  I would double check that label is connected to the database you have amended and it is not linked to a copy elsewhere. Also have any other changes been made to the table, such as to the structure (extra columns for example)? 

  You could try using the Database Connection setup wizard to relink to the database or to the copy you have edited to see if that clears it
