I am running Bartender 2016 R9 including the Print Portal. Both is hosted on a Windows Server 2012R2 server, print portal runs on IIS Version 6.2. The latter runs OK over http, however I want to install a certificate to access it via https. So the certificate is installed, and accessing the Print Portal start page and The "browse" label overview over https actually runs OK.
However, as soon as I open a label (btw File), the browser on the client gets a HTTP 302 redirect from the webserver. The redirect points to the http version of the page. If I force https via IIS for the whole website I get a "access denied".
I have checked the IIS config, and also the FRT files in IIS, but I do not see a specific configuration in IIS that causes this. So I assume the Print Portal itself is causing this redirect.
Has anyone ever experienced this issue? Is there a way to resolve it?
Many thanks, Regards
