Hello,

I have several Intermec PC43t labelprinters and they are functioning well when sending documents from Windows 2012 or 2016 servers. But when installing the printer locally on Windows 10 Pro using latest drivers I only get blank labels.

Please help.

Kind Regards,

Pascal Geusen

You could try logging in as Admin and retest as it could be a permissions issue. I have seen it previously where the user has not got sufficient rights to access parts of the driver including whatever controls the fonts and that resulted in blank labels being "printed"

Hi. We have barcode scanners by Honeywell and label printers made by intermec. We are going to use Bartender. I have a couple of problem about letting communicate our printers with Bartender. I set a label (100x70mm) on pc1. Tryed to print on a pd42 no problem, printing on a PC42t gives me this advice: this printer does not support paper format.....
Then I opened my model on another pc. What a mess! It resize to 10x7mm and says: This printer does not support paper format... Please help

Not sure but I would check that you are using the same Seagull drivers on each computer and for each printer. Not got the physical printers print with but flipping between the various Intermec and EasyCoder drivers does not throw up any page size errors.
