    Firstly, let's try a few troubleshooting steps. Make sure that your printer is properly connected to your computer and that it has enough paper and ink/toner. Additionally, check if the printer driver is up to date by visiting the manufacturer's website and downloading the latest version if necessary. Alternatively, when using BarTender software, we recommend using our Driver's by Seagull™ printer drivers. You can download them here.

    If the issue persists, it might be helpful to reach out to the support team of your printer brand. They are usually quite knowledgeable about their products and can guide you through specific troubleshooting steps for your particular model.

    In the meantime, if you have access to an alternative printer, you could try printing the barcode label from there to see if the problem is specific to your current printer.
