Printing changed after server update
We had a server update over the weekend. We have updates/patches 1 a month and have had no issues until today. Today the labels are printing with an offset on the leading edge of the label by .25 inches. I cannot find anywhere in the print settings that are changed. I have tried to set the top (leading edge) to -.25 to compensate for the offset and that did not change the output. Still has the offset of about .25 inches. I have set the -.25 on the print server on the printer, on the local printer and in bartender admin center on the printer. I have tried to set these all at the same time, only on the local printer only on the print server. I have tried checking and unchecking the "use local printer settings" box as well. No change.
Thank you in advance for any help.

Hello Troy
Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the recent server update and the printing issues you have encountered with BarTender software.
Based on the information you provided, it seems that the labels are printing with an offset on the leading edge of the label by approximately 0.25 inches, despite your efforts to adjust the settings.
To assist you further, we kindly request additional details to better understand the problem. Please provide us with the following information:
- The specific version of BarTender software you are currently using. You can find this information by opening the "Help > About" tab on BarTender Designer's upper menu.
- The make and model of the printer you are experiencing the offset issue with.
- Any recent changes or updates made to your system apart from the server update.
- Are you encountering this offset issue with all label designs or only specific ones?
- Have you tried printing from a different computer or workstation to see if the issue persists?
- Are you using Drivers by Seagull™ printer drivers? If not, we would recommend you use them, you can download them from the following link.
Thank you in advance.
