    I just need help to activate my starter edition. We have had a trial license and have got the new product keey now but when I go to print the labels we have already we get an error message #3418 to say the old license has expired. Can you help with the next step please? Thanks. Ivan

    Hi Ivan,

    Unfortunately, we can't discuss license activation issues on an open forum, keep in mind we would need to gather your licensing information and that would pose a security issue on all ends. If you are having issues with activating your license, please go to our Get Support page and enter your Support Number, this will automatically check your support status and provide you with links to your available lines of support. Also, please be sure to have your BarTender Support Number with you ready when you reach us as our technicians will have to check on your license and see what the status is from our side.

    Open up Administration Console on the PC and select Licencing and then use the Activate New Licence option and hopefully that will get you up and running
