We have 3 physical printers and 3 licenses. At some time a document was sent to print PDF which used 1 printer license and now we have to wait 3 more (we just noticed this) days to be able to able to print to one of the physical printers. Wanted to know how I can search the message history to find out details about the print job and document?

Also, how can I prevent such thing to happen whereby someone, by mistake, prints to PDF and use 1 printer license?
