Wrong colour print

Hi,
in BarTender i created a a document, front and back. For both sides i already had an image (high resolution).
I started a testprint but unfortunately the colour came out darker compared printing the same "image" but via MicrosoftWord.

As for printer we use a card printer Zebra ZXP 3
Left side is OK, right side is way too dark (don't mind blurryness, phone messed it up)
