Click print and nothing prints
I uploaded my labels to the cloud and installed the print portal (the current version, just updated). Everything is showing green/ready, When I print it shows the confirmation box in green to show that it was sent but nothing prints. I've tried multiple printers just to make sure it wasn't my Dymo LabelWriter 450 Turbo.
After digging into Windows, all the print spoolers show empty and fine.
**Update** I tested on another employee's computer and the label printed to his Dymo Twin LabelWriter 450 Turbo but the formatting is off and it spills off the label. The same size label stock is being used too.
Both computers are running Win10 Pro.

In order to properly troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we would benefit from knowing the following:- Is this a new label? Have you tried printing one of the default labels? Do these labels print?
- Did the labels print in the past?
- What drivers are installed for the printer?
- Do the labels print correctly from BarTender Designer?

- Is this a new label? New to BarTender Cloud Have you tried printing one of the default labels? The label I printed from the templates was offset too on the Dymo but Zebra seemed to print alright. Do these labels print? Yes but not well, see previous comment.
- Did the labels print in the past? This is the first run on cloud.
- What drivers are installed for the printer? Dymo driver: 8.5.0.542 Dymo Connect ver: 1.4.4.17
- Do the labels print correctly from BarTender Designer? Yes
