TSC User Preset Settings vanished
Hi, I have encountered an issue where my user preset settings ( TSC TE344 ) which call out my saved label stock size, direction of printing, etc. which I have configured gone missing after a while. Can someone shed some lights on where the preset setting files are stored so that perhaps I can back up it before it happens again? Thanks.

We got the same issue but with TSC DA220, did you find a solution to this?

The BarTender did not provide solution due to registration issue, but it has been fortunate so far the issue did not repeat itself.
