    Hello David,

Thank you for reaching us via our Community Forums. I believe what you are trying to do can also be achieved through our Transform features:

To use BarTender's transforms to change a letter, you can use the following steps:

    1. Open BarTender and create a new document or open an existing document.
    2. Add the text object that contains the letter you want to change.
    3. Select the text object and then click the Transforms button in the Properties pane.
    4. In the Transforms dialog box, select the Text tab.
    5. In the Text section, select the Replace check box.
    6. In the Find text box, enter the letter that you want to change.
    7. In the Replace with text box, enter the letter that you want to replace it with.
    8. Click OK to close the Transforms dialog box.
    9. The text object will now be updated with the new letter.

You can also use BarTender's transforms to change multiple letters at once. To do this, follow the steps above, but instead of entering a single letter in the Find and Replace with text boxes, enter a string of letters. For example, to change all lowercase "A"s to uppercase "A"s, you would enter "a" in the Find text box and "A" in the Replace with text box.

For more information, please refer to our documentation on the subject:
