Print History
After upgrading From BT 2016 to BT 2022 R5 and then to BT 2022 R7 I have received the error "No new print history will be stored".
We are now having the issue that despite sending multiple labels to print, only one label is coming out.
Has anybody else experienced this issue?

Welcome to the BarTender Community Forums.
Could you tell how are you printing at the moment? Are you using an integration or are you directly printing through BarTender Designer, for example?
Also, do you happen to have a screenshot of the error message? Could you attach it to this post thread? This could be helpful to us as it might have error codes which could point us in the right direction.

Thank you for your reply. I am using an integration file. I have managed to resolve the one label printing issue, however the labels are printing in a random order.
I am sorry, I do not have a screen shot of the error. I have a note of "no new print history will be stored" and "could not install new Bartender system database".
