Number of Copies not working correctly
We have integrated Bartender with a mobile app vStores.
Print request from vStores inserts data in a database table XXI2K_PRINT_PUTAWAY.
So, the trigger is basically a database insert to the above table.
The label file is connected to a text file and I have "Selected at Print Time" for queried records in the Record Selection for the print dialog box.
But even if we send more number of copies in the print request from vStores, but still it prints only 1 label.
Please help

Have you set the Copies value in the label to tell it that the data for this is coming from a field in the database?
