CAB XC6 PRINTER WITH SEAGULL 2023.3 DRIVER NOT PRINTING TRANSPERENT PNG FILES PROPERLY
Dear All,
We are using CAB XC6 300 DPI printer with seagull 2023.3 driver.
We are facing unique issue where when we print the Labels with Transparent "PNG" symbols, it doesn't print properly and white background is displayed which then covers the adjacent pictograms.
Below is actual Label
And when printed comes out like below where the pictograms gets overlap with white background from adjacent pictogram
Do we have any solution to this? Or we missing any settings/parameter.

I worked on a similar labelling system for a customer recently and the images they had did not have any transparent borders and were just the red and black diamond images and so we did not encounter an issue like this, I am not sure where there images came from but could be worth checking if you can access some files like this. These were in GIF and not PNG format

Hello Peter the pictogram files , we already had and then we tried TIF transparent files also from "ECHA" site but encountered same issue.
Same label we printed with HP printer and it printed nicely.
It seems driver issue which is not interpreting these PNG and TIF files properly.
Do you have link from where I can download TRANSPERENT GIF files?

Not sure but as they are GHS logos/images then you could check their site

Thanks Peter.
@Seagull Scientific any input from your end.
This may be bug with Driver and I tested 2023.4 for CAB XC6/300 and it has same issue.

Not tried this with the latest drivers but I know I setup a similar system for a customer some years ago with GHS labelling on a CAB XC6 printer and we did not come across anything like this. Have you looked at the Graphics options/setting in File>Print>Document Properties screen and seen if anything on there helps?
