Database connection issue
We have an issue where we open a label file and connect the database but it tries to connect to an excel file that has been set-up for a DIFFERENT label and therefore I get this error message as shown below. We constantly have to re-configure that database to be the correct one, even though we correct this and save each time. It's like it is caching or something? We need to simply ensure that the database we configure then remains the database that the label file tries to connect to on a consistent basis. Can anyone advise please?

In order to properly troubleshoot this issue, we would benefit from knowing what BarTender version, edition and service release you are currently using; you can find this information by navigating to the "Help > About" menu in BarTender Designer's upper menu.
