A client uses an iPad to input data on a cloud-based system, using a browser. There is a Zebra portable bluetooth printer paired on the iPad. Upon saving the data, the cloud-based system can call an API (webService) hosted on a IIS server in the client's premises, with all the data needed to print a label.

Then, using Integration Builder (or maybe Rest-API), we need to print the label on the portable bluetooth printer.

Is it possible? How BT manage bluetooth printers (which are NOT on the network). Otherwise, how can we print a label?
