Moving ONLY License Server

Is it possible to move ONLY license server to another server (in my case to AWS)? Without system database and so on. ONLY license part.

  So I guess you are using BarTender 2016 or earlier, in which case I believe there was an option to install BarTender Licence Server only on a device.
