Non-Mac Compatible - Does the iPhone App work?
I bought a label printer that uses BarTender. To my surprise and disappointment, I found out it is not compatible with Mac. I've downloaded the mobile app onto my iPhone but have not tried using it yet. Just wondered if anyone else has the same issue, and if the iPhone app has all the functionality of the desktop version for Windows? It is easy to use? Thanks in advance for any information you can share on this.

Unfortunately, BarTender is primarily designed for Windows operating systems, and there isn't a native version for macOS at this moment. Regarding the mobile app, BarTender has a companion app called BarTender Print Portal that allows you to print BarTender documents from mobile devices like iPhones; currently our app has no issues printing from iPhones, although the functionality of the mobile app is not as extensive as the desktop version.
That being said, without a Windows machine acting as a print server, the iPhone application won't be able to retrieve the printer licenses and thus, won't work.
