Teclabel dt039-50 Printing error related to paper bands
Hi guys!, I have a problem with the printer teclabel dt039-50. I use it to print paper bands, but, every time a print something the label moves up by every time a print it. I use the TECLABEL_2023.4.exe driver to install and configure it.
Also I am trying to print above the mark that the sensor use to stop itself from printing more, but when I tried, only print part of the label.
In other words, I need to print the label in the center of the paper bands.

The black mark is the registration mark the printer uses to tell it when the next label starts and although you could set a small top of form type adjustment this will only give you a few millimetres adjustment and so it may not be possible to do what you are trying to achieve

Before a few days was posible, I was use printing with the label in the center, but starting yesterday something happend and I had to calibrete it again. From that day foward it started to print wrong. I will shere you some img's about it.
This is what I am trying to print, as you see I want to print the label in the center.

I wonder if the printer was set to Gap/Web sensing previously with the label sensor positioned so that it picks up where the notches are, ie
You could try adjusting the media type in the page setup to the this from the default "Use Current Printer Settings" that your config is using and see what that does
