Assistance with BarTender and Commander

Hi,

I have a customer that use's BarTender and commander.

The issue I am having is that they have had new printers installed and since then the BarTender and Commander are not working as they would before.

I have created different drivers for each tray as they use different Label pair tray.

Even when the driver is set to Tray 2 When the job is sent it is automatically going to tray 1.

Is there somewhere within BarTender that automatically changes these settings 

The current version is 9.4 SR3
Build - 2781

If anyone can help it would be amazing

  The last time I encountered something like this I had to set the tray selection in the Printer Properties settings as it kept defaulting to the wrong one. However it sounds like you may have covered this my adding multiple drivers.

  What Windows version are you using?

  As 9.4 has been out of support for around 9 years I think and only compatible upto Windows 7 or maybe 8, I believe it was, then any version of Windows after this could be a potential issue.

  The customer has the software on windows 7.
  
  I had a feeling that the age of the system and software would be the issue.
  
  Can you think if anything I could even with the software being 9+ Years old
