    Hi Neal,
In default setup, Commander Service loads last used task list.
You can specify specific task list to load from Tools menu > General options > Startup tab.

Note that Commander Service is run by Local System Account (SYSTEM) in default, therefore it doesn't have access to network folders.
To access task list in a network folder, you need to specify a valid windows account to access the network folder and which has local administrator rights, from Windows's management console > Service and application > Services > Commander Service > Logon tab.

    Hope that helps!

Hello, does anyone know if it is possible to run 2 separate task lists at the same time in Commander?

    Hello,

Why do you need to run 2 Commander task list file? Have you considered to use Commander script?

If you want, you can run Commander on 2 different computers, but it's not possible run 2 separate task list on the same Commander (you will need to add the new tasks to your Commander file or you will need to use Commander script.

    Thanks,

    Carlos
