How To Get Print Status Response From Commander? Follow

Hi,

 

I am using a SQL procedure that creates a txt file in the folder that is set to scan by commander.

 

I am not having any issues with the printing.

 

But now I have a requirement to scan the response from the printer like (label format not exist or problem with printer like out of tape or label bundle or network outage while printing label).

 

Can you help with what I can do to get status back?

Status monitoring would need to be enabled in the driver, and of course the printer support it:

The Printer Maestro application would need to be installed and running on the BarTender computer, and on the print server PC which might be the same or different.  And you'd need to make use of BarTender XML Script in order to capture the print response within the Commander context:
