Labels Not Printing Follow

Hi,

since last week we have experiencing issues with commander where labels wont print for few min but its back up after like 5 mins.It happens twice or thrice in a day

I have found the below error in the event view.do u think the below error is cause of this issue.

Faulting application spoolsv.exe, version 5.2.3790.4759, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.2.3790.4937, fault address 0x0002c6c4.
