Commander Not Printing Constitently
Starting yesterday Bartender Commander has been acting quite odd. Things that the log show printed are not printing.
From looking at the logs and the renamed files, everything is working as it should, but when five labels are sent, only two print.
I've rebooted the server, the printers (there are multiple), with no real success. There have been no changes to the system within the last few weeks that could be attribute to the issues now being seen.
When I run the BTXML via Bartender it works as it should, and it prints, but when I rename the BTXML back to the proper naming format, it shows up in the log as successful and gets renamed as the printed version, yet nothing seems to print then.
When I check the printers job logs it appears that they are not receiving the labels that are not printing.
Windows Server 2008R2, Sp1
Commander Version 10.0 SR4, Run as System Service
Let me know if you need any additional information
Thanks in advance

It sounds like this is a known issue that is caused by a Windows update that hit late on the 9th August 2016. We have the below knowledge base article started on it, but currently with no known cure other that rolling back the KB in question, which we believe to be KB3177725 (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3177725) in particular. We will update the article once we know more...
Today we discover the Windows 10 version of the same problematic KB is: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3176493

I forgot to mention that our developers are in dialogue with Microsoft to hopefully get this resolved in some fashion as soon as possible. In the meantime my only advice to you is to roll back the KB in question.

Ian - Thanks for the quick response. I've rolled back and so far it appears to resolve the issue. I will continue to monitor throughout the day and report back if it happens again.
