Hi,
I have a bartender 9.3 file who has a link to a access 2010 database.
When I create the link with the accdb file in Windows XP, I get this error #6670 "Driver ISAM not found" if I open it in Windows 7.
But when I create the link in Windows 7 and after open in Windows XP, it's work !

I have found in the topic here some informations. I tried to install Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 in both computer, but with no change...

I precise that the 2 computers don't have Access 2010 installed, just the runtime !

Thank you for your help.
Hans

PS: I'm sorry but I cannot include the image error. I'm not sure this is the right message, because it's translated from french...

Most likely it's because the Office database driver you installed on Windows 7 is x64 (64 bit). Since BarTender as of 9.4 SR3 is currently an x86 (32 bit) application, you will need to install 32 bit driver.

Hi, thx for your response.
But I don't have any x64 OS installed and I don't have the x64 driver installed.

My version of Bartender is the 9.3, Build 2725. I don't have tried with the last one. I can, but if it's works, I need to buy the new one...

PS: I found the Access Database Engine for Office 2007, I will maybe tried with this one, because the Access file format is still 2007.

I tried with the Access 2007 driver, but it does not work. Bartender say that the file format is not recognized.

I tried with Bartender 9.4 SR3 and it is working !
Fortunately, I don't need to pay extra money to get this new version, so I'm happy. B)

Thank you
Hans
