Cannot Find Information In Database Follow

I have linked Bartender 7.75 to a Microsoft Access Database. The label template has a query to enable the user to enter the part they wish to select, although the part is in the database and we have been adding new parts for many years I am now getting the following error message "~3239 OLE DB has encountered error 0x800A0BCD ......" for each new part added and I cannot pull any data into the template. Existing templates are successfully finding previously added parts. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Paula,

Generally that error reflects a situation where the name of the database field has changed or is not accessible, possibly by the file being opened exclusively by another user. Make sure that the file isn't being accessed by any other users and try it again to see if that is the problem. If that's not it, make sure that the spelling of the table or field name hasn't changed, or try removing and reconnecting to the database to see if that resolves the issue.

If that doesn't work, you might want to look into upgrading to a supported version of BarTender, at that point you would be able to call our technical support department for further assistance.
