Reprint Console
I have two separate format I use to print labels. I am print store shelf labels. Each job is for a different store From the reprint console I would like a way to Identify which job I need to reprint. How can I map a field from my dataase to say the job name column reprint console.

BarTender uses document file name for print job name, and there's no such option to change job name or other field in Reprint Console.
Besides, you can search printed text from [Search Template Object Values] box at the top of Reprint Console,
so if you print store name, you could search by store name.
You can place an invisible text (such as white text on white paper) for just logging purpose, in case you don't want to print that.
When you print via custom application using ActiveX Automation / .NET SDK / Commander / Command line,
you can specify print job name externally (not directly from database field, though.)

Thank you for your response. I am print this info in the margins of the form template. When I search for it in reprint console it does not find it. I am using commander to print the initial set of shelf tags.

It looks you have to "print" the text. try white text on the print area.
Another option is specify job name from Commander by command line option
/PrintJobName="<printer job name>"
Though you need to map to database field by yourself.
