    Was the problem label not printed at all from Commander?

    In that case please check troubleshooting guide below.

    If print itself is fine but jobs not logged at all, check jobs and messages are logged when you test print from BarTender GUI.

    Enable text log for message and Job logging too - if BarTender failed to log to System database, it will log as that onto text.

    Also would the jobs shown in Reprint console?

    Printing via Commander works fine! Also printing directly from BarTender. 
    I checked also the System Database Setup in BarTender, the connection status says right server and db name, 
    Database version 1,50 and status connected, but still no entry in History Explorer and no entry in Reprint Console.
    I also tried to change the service user to the local admin, also no entry.
     
    Where and how can I enable the text logging?

    There's logging setup on Administer menu > Log Setup. Perhaps... you haven't open here yet?

    With the flag "Log To BarTender System Database" enabled every thing works fine now!   :wub:  :blink:  :wacko:  :P  :D
