Yes, this environment is fully supported by you version of BarTender. Due to the nature of the issue I suggest you get in contact with technical support directly in order to solve your issue. I presume the EMEA office would be most suitable as we have both English and German speakers.

Sending an email to support would be best, giving details of what steps you take to reproduce the issue, your license and set-up. Also, from the "Help" menu in BarTender, select the "System Information" item (this process will take a while) to gather system specific information and then export it to a file for sending with the email. Also look for any recent "BarTender.dmp" files that are created whenever BarTender crashes. These can be useful in diagnosing any faults.0
