Installation Error 1606 Follow

The webinstaller is broken since BT10.0 SR3, and it is still broken with SR4.

It gives error 1606.

Could not access network location http : // webinstall.s3.amazonaws.com / BarTender / 10.0 / 2868 / SDK.cab

Sorry, but it's not broken.  I guess you're being blocked by some sort of internet proxy at your location, or you don't have an active internet connection when you attempt to install..  With this being the case, try downloading the full installer.  Otherwise contact the IT dept for your company.

The web installer still gives me the same 1606 error observed with earlier version.  However, when I tried to access the aws url directly with a browser, the cab is downloadable.

I guess this is an internet proxy issue on your side.  Speak to your IT department or use the full download instead.
