Bartender Does Not Start

Hello

 

I have a problem with installing bartender on a computer.

We have 1 computer (windows xp)with the normal installation (Bartender 7.10.1056) and parallell dongle

and 2 other computers as a client.

When we run the client setup on the computer HP Compaq 6000 Pro Windows 7 prof 32 bits SPI all goes well

But when after installation we want to start bartender, nothing happens, bartender does not startup and no errormessage is displayed.

Can you help me with this problem ?

  Hello Luc,

   

  The problem is that your license is quite old and it's not compatible with Windows 7.

   

  We only can guarantee Windows 7 compatibility with BarTender 9.2 or newer:
