Re-Installing As Basic Version Follow


Hi there,

We were running the full trial version of Ultralite and have decided that only the Basic version is required for our needs. It was recommended (by the company we purchased our printer from) to simply un-install the current version and re-install the software, opting for the Basic version at set-up.

I attempted this but the software is running in demo mode which means we can't currently print any labels.

Any help with this would be much appreciated.

If you've installed the full version of the software successfully you then need to activate it with the Product Key Code (PKC) which is the license code you received when you purchased the software.  Activate in BarTender via the "Help>Activate this software" menu item and follow the on-screen instructions.
