Librarian Issue

We have a system database setup on a server, and we are using commander detection, we have chosen the option to allow the printer to be specified in the .btw

We have users who connect to the librarian from their local machines and make changes.

 

When one user logs into bartender and looks at a .btw from librarian (she see's a different printer specified) then I do when doing the same thing directly on the server.

 

I'm thinking she may not be correctly connecting to the librarian/system database on the server -> is there a way to show which librarian/system database a user is connected to?

  Could it be that the default printer was selected in the BarTender document design, rather than a specific printer?  Note that the default printer will most likely be different between different users even when opened on the same computer.
