Print "published" Files Only In Printstation?
Is there a way to configure Print Station to print "Published" documents only out of Librarian, even if there is a newer unpublished version of a label?
We are using version 10.1. I realize Librarian integration is new to this version, but I was curious if this feature is supported?
I noticed there is no option in the security center to allow/disallow this but I thought I'd ask.
Thank you.

Print Station uses BarTender in the background. If you enable the "Print Unpublished Documents: Deny" BarTender security restriction in Security Center, then, even when the "Published documents" will still be shown in the image preview in Print Station, at print time printing this document via "Print Station" will be denied because you've enabled the "Print Unpublished Documents: Deny" action.
Does this help?

I was looking to allow Print Station users to be able to print the newest published version of a label, even if there are newer, unpublished versions available. This way I could be working on a label and making changes that potentially break the label, but as long as I keep it in an unpublished state it won't disrupt users.
I was looking to avoid having to make copies of labels to achieve this, I'd like to just have the one label file for revision tracking and comments.
