Commander Not Running

Running Enterprise Automation 10.1

 

First timer. I'm trying to add security settings through the 'Bartender Securitry Center'.  Without having 'Security Center' activated, all application funcations and features run as normal.  I'm running commander as an application not as service currently. I am using a system database to store the permissions.  I have added permissions to my user for everything, but commander hangs up with trying to start the task list.  I have also added the user group 'Everyone' to have permissions to everything. The security settings seem to be controling other features such as 'Bartender' itself, as I can toggle the Run and Administer permissions on and off with succes. 

 

Do I need to be running 'Commander' as a service for 'Bartender Security Center' to function?

  As an update, I modified the security storage to "Locale File" and it works fine.  There must be a permissions issue, or incorrect setup of the "System Database".
