Click Administer > Application Message Setup. See if any of the options there help out. All alerts/errors should be listed there.

nRyder,so the way to handle it is by eliminating the error message?

Open up the label in BarTender manually on the computer where Commander runs. Select a printer for the label, ideally a printer which is most likely to be used when printing via Commander. Check that things such as printer settings, BarTender page set-up, and label design font selections are good performing a test print out in BarTender just to be sure. When all is correct save the label.

Now when the label is printed via Commander you will no longer get this error, as the default printer selected for the label does exist on the computer.

Thanks Ian,
That is what I was hoping you wouldn't say, in our workflow a developer is working with a server label from a client PC, they cannot see the production printer from their PC, when they are done they check it in to Librarian that is on the server and all is good except for those pesky errors, the developers do not have remote control access to the server that has the labels so I was hoping there was a way to shut off the errors so they can focus on real errors.

Can you suggest this as a enhancement for the future.

Thanks for your response.

You can do this already as mentioned by nRyder. Simply adjust the error message in question to auto-answer it, and to suppress the dialog that displays the error.
