Dynamic Positioning Follow

Is there a way to position elements depending on other ones? E.g. if you want to position multiple text-items (with variable data-length or Character-Width) in one line

My main problem is: I have a barcode (with variable data length) with its anchor on the top-right corner but have to position some text aligned with its left side:
Barcode:
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Barcode:
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Interesting.

If only the barcode width parameter was set to be readable from some event VB scripting... Unless I'm missing something, that doesn't appear to be the case. However, they still display it on the screen, so it must be a value that could be brought in as readable.

If you simply need to align bar code right but human readable align left,
You can right align barcode by Position > Object reference point to right, then Human readable > Alignment to left.

For dynamically move object, this post might helps.
(sorry no Width property available for Bar code object.)

A.,
If you'd like to dynamically position multiple, separate objects, it's much easier if you make sure your Arrange Toolbar is showing (look in the View Menu at the top of the window). This has all the buttons you would need for aligning right, left, or center, relative to eachother or to the printable area. There are also buttons to distribute objects, which spreads them evenly between the first and last object in the space.

If you need multiple objects aligned or spread out evenly relative to other multiple objects, arrange the first series as necessary, group them together by selecting them all --> R-click --> Arrange --> Group.

Do the same to the other series of objects, then the buttons in the Arrange Toolbar will treat each group as a single object.

Hope this helps.
