What fonts are you using? This looks partly like a "Printer Font Substitution" issue

    Zebra Triumvirate

So, Zebra Triumvirate is by definition an internal printer font. Meaning that the printer has all the data on that font within it. That is why the font looks bold on the labels and not bold on the screen. While this can improve performance, it does mean the WYSIWYG layout is a bit inaccurate. And generally printers have gotten good enough that this small performance improvement does not make any difference over using a font such as Arial, Verdana, or any other standard Windows font instead.

Arial font produces a similar result Once I set an object to having a border and being autosized.

Interesting. Well unfortunately I have never used the "border" option in real life that I can remember, so I wonder if there is a bug related to that.

Obviously you can try just using a standard box instead of a "border" and grouping the objects to see if that clears the issue.

If using Seagull drivers on your printer, you can also change some of the Performance and Object Print Method settings in your print dialog around to see if that has any effect.
