Blank Labels From Tlp 2844

Using Bartender V10.0 SR1 (trial version to test) and a Zebra TLP2844 printer to produce a patient ID band (PDF417 plus text). Design OK I think but printer output is always blank. Please help, going mad.....

  Step 1: Confirm your ribbon is in correctly if using thermal transfer. Ribbons must be wound the correct direction through the printer (Out vs In).
  
  Step 2: Turn up the darkness on the print. You can find darkness setting by clicking "Document Properties" button from your print dialog.

  Try printing as image - in Barcode property, symbology and size > Print Method > select [Bar codes and human readable text controlled by BarTender]/
  in text, select TrueType / OpenType font rather than Zebra font (Not Zebra triumvirate etc)
  in Print dialog > Performance tab, disable [Warn When Using TrueType Fonts]
