Driver Components Currently In Use
I created a new printer via the Seagull Driver Wizard but received a message I've not seen before: "Some driver components are currently in use. You must restart the system to complete the process."
My question is, what system must be restarted? Can I just restart the print spooler or do I have to reboot the server?

The server has to be rebooted for the driver install to continue.

I get same message when trying to install this new printer on my laptop. Restarting does not work, the driver install fails. Running Windows 8 and trying to install TSC-TTP-343C.

First reboot computer, then try the latest printer driver downloaded from below, using DriverWizard.
http://www.seagullscientific.com/drivers/tsc-windows-printer-drivers.aspx
If that doesn't help, remove all Seagull drivers by DriverWizard first, reboot, then add printer by Windows's add printer wizard.
(Control Panel->Hardware and Sound page, and click Advanced printer setup). Specify driver from C:\seagull.
Hope that helps..

Also, are you trying to share the printer during the "DriverWizard.exe" installation? If yes, try not to share it and let us know if DriverWizard still asks you to restart and then fails to proceed.

Tried with zebra 2022.2 drivers and 2018.2 drivers.
