Printing Some Labels And Then Blank Ones?
Hello! I am printing some shipping labels. I will print want to print, for example.. 5 serialized lables. It prints 1 or 2 then a blank one, then 1 or 2 more and then another blank one. What is going on? It has regular barcodes in the label and it does have a pdf417, if that makes a difference at all. All the other label formats I have designed are working just fine. Maybe it is because this one has a pdf417? I don't know... help :-(

This has nothing to do with the barcode. Either the printer's label sensor isn't calibrated correctly in order to properly index the labels, the printer settings made in the driver via BarTender's "Print" dialog and "Document Properties" button are incorrect, or that the page setup of the BarTender document is wrong. In BarTender's "Page Setup" dialog opened via the "File>Page Setup" menu item, make sure the page height and label height match the actual height of the label and that the top and bottom margins are set to zero.
