No Printers For Print Station Follow

I currently have Bartender 10.0 installed on several dozen machines at my facility. It is a mix of Windows 7 Pro and Windows XP. I have a small handful of machines (Windows 7 Pro) That do not allow me to select a printer through Print Station. The drop down for Printer Selection is blank. My normal working machines have a list of all installed printers to choose from. These other machines in question do not display anything in the drop box. If you bypass it and click print it will go to your default printer which is 99% of the time a laser printer. Is there something I could look at to remediate this? Other working installs use the same printers and work fine. I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Does anyone know what will cause this? I have an image attached.

There is a setting in Print Station that restricts the users ability to change the printer.  Is it checked for those installations?

Under Print Station Settings and the Print Settings, I have it set to On Mouse Click: Show Print Dialog and the Checkbox is checked for Allow user to change selected printer.

Make sure to install the latest service release for BT v10.0:

Are all of these printers network printers, or have you installed a local driver installation for some of these printers?

Take a look as well at the system minimum specs and requirements, specially the one for .NET Framework:

Ok, installing the newest Service Release of Bartender fixed this issue on one machine. The users can now see printers in the drop-down but on another machine it has the same issue even after a reinstall of the newest service release. Both machine are Windows 7 Pro the only difference is one machine is a newer desktop and the other is a slightly older laptop but same OS and same updates are installed.

What about logging to this other machine (the one where it still doesn't work) as a different Windows user with more credentials (try a local admin and try as well a domain user)?
