    Hello,

Please open Commander and in the "Administer>Service Setup" menu item, switch Commander to run as an Application. Then restart the Commander tasks and check if it works. If it does, please go to the "Services.msc" tool in Windows, locate the "Commander Service" and in its properties enter a valid user account to Log On with. Once done, switch back Commander to a Service in the menu mentioned above and test one more time if this solved the issue.

If this fix does not help you, please contact the Tech Support office assigned to your region for further troubleshooting: http://www.seagullscientific.com/label-software/technical-support.aspx

    Hello,

Unfortunately I have no rights to Change anything. I am just a normal user. The day everything was installed Commander ran as an Application and everything works fine. Now i can't Switch back and I can't Change anything.

Since the Person with Administrator rights is on vacation for a few weeks I have to find a Workaround :(

    Thank you very much!
