Printing Labels With Two Columns By One Row Left Label Is Blank Follow
Hi All,
I am new to design bartender labels and I am trying to learn as much as possible.
My issue is while printing sticker labels format 63mm x 23mm using Toshiba TEC B-SA4T printer the following happens :
Labels printed (Label format two labels per row):

Only the right side labels are printed by the printer but the information stored as text files contains all the required data for all the labels only while printing the above happens.
Is it a printer problem or bartender label configuration ?

Carlos

Probably a label design issue. Are you able to attach the document file so we may take a look at it? Of course make sure you've specified a correct page setup with two labels across the web configured.
Hi ,
I have attached the label so you can take a look.

In you page setup you have the orientation set to portrait 180º. Is there any reason why you want to print the labels upside down? If you choose standard "Portrait" does that help? Note also that you don't need to set a top and bottom margin for your labels, so if the labels are 23mm high set that page height to be that, leave top/bottom margin at zero, and disable the manual size of label option.
If you still have problems try a reinstall of the printer driver. Use the Seagull DriverWizard to do a full removal of the driver, reboot, and then reinstall the driver from scratch.
